Notarization Fee: A state-regulated fee of $15 is assessed for each signature notarized, under California law.
Travel Fees: Travel fees are determined based on the distance from the Beverly Hills area and the notary’s current assignment locations. Please note that specific travel engagements may require advance payment. Additional fees may apply for services requested outside standard business hours or under exceptional circumstances, subject to prior authorization.
1st set of loan documents – $150-$275
2nd set of loan documents (at same signing) – $75
Printing of e-docs (includes two sets) – $55
Faxbacks/Scanbacks – $25
After-hours signing – TBD
Additional Fees: Wait time – $15 if 15 minutes after the scheduled appointment (plus $15 for each additional 15 minutes)

Kindly note that by our company policy, the full payment for services rendered remains due under the following circumstances:
Non-Occurrence of Signing: If the signing appointment does not take place for any reason upon the notary’s arrival at the designated location.
Last-Minute Cancellations: If the appointment is canceled within 30 minutes or less before the scheduled time.
This policy helps us ensure fairness and efficiency in scheduling and resource allocation, as our notaries dedicate specific time slots and preparation for each appointment.
